FX PRO First Coat is specifically formulated to seal all new interior surfaces, such as cement-based substrates, plasterboard surfaces, ceilings, eaves, partitions, cornices and other decorative trims. It is also suitable for sheltered exterior surfaces such as eaves.
All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and free of dirt, dust, grease, loose or flaking paint, and loose surface plaster. Efflorescence or mould on masonry or concrete surfaces must be treated. Flatten gloss surfaces by thoroughly sanding and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Then apply FX Pro First Coat as required, one coat minimum.
