FX Sydney Stucco
An experienced applicator is highly recommended for this product.
FX Sydney Stucco is 100% acrylic. It is a trowel-on, premium-quality product, specifically formulated to create the
beautiful two and three-tone marble effects characteristic of Europe’s great monumental buildings. FX Sydney Stucco is
perfect for highlighting the drama of entry foyers, unusual spaces and classic architectural details such as columns.

All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and free of dirt, dust, grease, loose or flaking paint, and loose sur
Efflorescence or mould on masonry or concrete surfaces must be treated. Flatten gloss sur
aces by thoroughly sanding
and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Ensure the surface is well prepared and as smooth as possible. Then apply FX
Stucco Undercoat as required.
Stir contents thoroughly before and during use with a broad, flat stirrer
using an upward action, or preferably use a
power-driven mixing paddle.
: Requires 2–3 coats with a stainless steel stucco trowel. Different sized trowels give different finishes. Place a small
amount of product on the trowel and apply evenly over prepared surface. The trowel is held at an approximate 45-
degree angle to the surface during application. Apply the second coat using the same method after 6 hours drying
time, and repeat for third coat if required. When final coat is slightly dry, polish with stainless steel stucco trowel to
achieve desired special effect. This coating can also be polished with a special sandpaper to achieve a high sheen
when completely dry. FX Australia suggests using a worn, ultra-fine sanding block.
Generally not required. For hardwearing areas, or water resistance, apply FX Wicked Wax® to seal
surfaces and achieve an enhanced sheen.
4–6 square metres per litre, depending on application technique and surface roughness.

Wear eye protection and dust mask when spraying, as splashes may cause eye irritation and inhalation of spray
mist may cause respiratory irritation.
Do not disturb, sand or scrub, and avoid any peripheral dust. If you do not have professional expertise
in the handling/removal of asbestos sheeting, use a licensed asbestos removalist.
